The influence of drinkers on the affective status of representatives of their microsocial environment

The purpose of the work is to study adverse influence drinkers on affective status representatives their microsocial environment. In four regions Ukraine (Kharkiv, Lugansk and Zaporizhzhia regions, as well city Kyiv), during 2018—2021, 1742 people were examined, who belonged three qualitatively different comparison groups: patients with alcohol dependence (AD) (393 people); healthy relatives alcohol-dependent (274 people) general population (1075 people). Of these surveyed, respondents identified had in environment: 288 persons among 121 AD. Further research focused this particular contingent. main tool was questionnaire international consortium GENAHTO (Gender, Alcohol, Harms Others) Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS). obtained data processed by methods mathematical statistics (variance cluster analysis) a computer using Excel 2016 computational tables (with Data Analysis package) also software package SPSS-15. It shown that presence environment women significantly increases proportion depressive disorders them, while male respondents, effect not found. revealed severity such manifestations depression as: insomnia, weight loss, sexual dysfunctions; suicidal tendencies guilt. Using analysis, following typical symptom complexes (important for choosing optimal therapeutic tactics) established: insomnia-somatoform, hypochondriacal anxiety-agitational (the latter — sense guilt an increased risk activity).
